Trent Valley Lavender

In addition to the arable and beef enterprises on our farm we also grow lavender on a commercial scale.

We harvest the crop of 10 different varieties for various applications and produce a range of natural lavender toiletries and essential oil.

The lavender flowers are dried in bunches and used for decoration and for potpourri and use in lavender wheat bags. Lavender honey is also produced on the farm.

We also grow around 30 different varieties in pots for resale which we see at garden shows, markets, mail order and at a number of open days we hold throughout the summer.

The farm is not open to the public except on these open days during 2005 which are as follows, May 1st, 15th and 29-30th, June 12th, Opening times 10am-4pm. Lavender festival 25june - 3rd July 1.30-4.30pm July 17th
